My wicked itch has improved, so I've downgraded my condition to, The Itchy and Scratchy Show. Hopefully, like a brief spot on a Simpsons episode, I will chuckle & the show quickly will move on. And I'll forget all about it because so many other funny things have happened in-between.
I guess that's why I still proudly proclaim my love for the Simpsons, even after all these years. No matter what my mood, Homer can always, always make me laugh. I was wishing the new season started tonight, but it looks like I'll have to wait one more week.

You are hysterical! I fully agree with Jeanne you are always this hilarious! Thanks for the smiles on a topic that is painful and uncomfortable.
Why isn't that little pink pill OTC anyway?
;)
Thank you Alanna!
That's an excellent question!! It really should be.
Even better, the Bitchy & Snatchy shoooow
:D
I am so glad to hear you're starting to feel better... I don't think I've ever had a yeast infection (I say I don't think because I had terrible itch/burning down there for several months once and the doctors and nurses all took swabs, convinced that I had some STI because it didn't *look* like a yeast infection, and it wasn't as intense as a yeast infection can be, but at the same time it just would not go away and all the tests came back clear, including the ones they did two or three times... so I don't think I've had a yeast infection per se but I do understand the "cannot think about anything except the itch/burn" and am so glad you are getting relief from it!)
Thanks Amanda!
Several months, ugh.
Here's to no more yeast (or any other itchy maladies) ever again!
Jenn,
You're hilarious. :)

P.S. Amanda, if you're subscribed to comments on this thread... It sounds like you may have had (vulvar) atopic dermatitis. It could happen from pads or even from new underwear. (You should see how many times I wash new underwear before I wear it. It's not even funny. I swear it'll have holes in it from so many times in the washing machine before I ever wear it. Whatever it takes to avoid the "wicked itch")!
